Monica led the development of a strategic marketing plan, branding, collateral materials, web site, and public relations on behalf of developer LeylandAlliance. In addition, she directed sales operations preparation, including development of policies and procedures, creation of the customer relationship management database, and staff training. Monica resides in East Beach.
Master Developer LeylandAlliance teamed with East Beach Renaissance to connect people to the sea at a spectacular site on historic Chesapeake Bay. The City of Norfolk and the highly respected Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority were instrumental in facilitating the creation of one of the most successful walkable neighborhoods on the East Coast.
This 700-unit mixed-use project has been designed by world-renowned town planners Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, and features a Pattern Book prepared by the highly respected firm Urban Design Associates.
