Carlton Landing

Eufaula, Oklahoma

Monica conducted sales training for Carlton Landing, focusing on the Critical Sales Path, personality sales, and New Urbanism. She worked with the team to create a customized story for Carlton Landing that the team could take ownership of and provided an outside perspective to improve their already strong sales process. Monica also conducted weekly coaching sessions with the sales team over several months.

Project Details

Carlton Landing was the first new town to be developed in Oklahoma since the 1930’s. Led by developer Grant Humphreys, the 1,600 acre town rises on the border of Lake Eufala, just two hours from Oklahoma City.

Carlton Landing features a master plan by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company that is designed to fulfill the developer’s vision to create a world class community that enhances recreation on Lake Eufaula and bolsters the local economy. Partnering with the Nature Conservancy, a planned nature center at Carlton Landing will provide educational and recreational opportunities for the general public and residents of Carlton Landing.
