Monica V. Johnson conducted professional sales training for the team, covering The Critical Sales Path, personality selling, and New Urban sales training. She facilitated a customized sales presentation with the team to better relate the value of living in a New Urban neighborhood and showcase the attributes of New Amherst. Ms. Johnson also created a customized sales manual for this project.

New Amherst offers a vibrant, village-centred life on Lake Ontario in a neighborhood that values community, heritage, quality, and sustainability. Led by Max LeMarchant, New Amherst is designed to blend timeless architecture, a wide variety of well-built residential homes, welcoming outdoor spaces, and friendly local shops and restaurants to a new, lakeside village.

It brings homes, commercial amenities, parks, and trails together naturally and elegantly with a commitment to quality construction techniques and green building principles. The 170-acre site, with its small-town feel and walkable streets, will combine retail and office space, up to 1,100 residences, and recreational amenities.
